
Michael C. Saqui is the managing shareholder of The Saqui Law Group. He has successful experience in all aspects of employer-employee relations, including union organizing campaigns, union elections, boycotts and corporate campaigns, defending unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, grievance arbitrations, strike defense, and contingency planning. With over 20 years experience, Mr. Saqui has fought and prevailed against many of the biggest and best financed labor organizations in the U.S.
He also handles advocacy and defense in sexual harassment, wrongful termination and complex wage and hour cases in State & Federal Courts, as well as before the myriad State & Federal enforcement agencies.

Will Creger is an Associate attorney at The Saqui Law Group. Mr. Creger’s practice focuses on labor and employment law. He is experienced in labor arbitrations, including grievances and employee discipline/discharge cases, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, mediation, and workers’ compensation.
Gina L. Bauer is an Associate attorney at the Saqui Law Group. Ms. Bauer has litigation experience in a variety of areas of employment law including claims regarding wage and hour compliance, sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblowing, class actions, and disability accommodation.
Jennifer Schermerhorn is the Senior Associate at The Saqui Law Group. She received her J.D. in 2002 from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. Mrs. Schermerhorn began her career in advocacy while in law school when she chaired the Women’s Caucus and organized a noteworthy fundraising event benefiting local (Sacramento area) disadvantaged women and children and victims of domestic violence. Mrs. Schermerhorn also volunteered her time assisting local tenants with real estate and landlord issues..
Sean Currin is an associate attorney at The Saqui Law Group. Mr. Currin’s practice focuses on labor and employment law. Since graduating from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, Mr. Currin has represented clients in labor arbitrations, including employee terminations, grievances, unfair labor practices and workers’ compensation cases. Mr. Currin served as general counsel to several large public safety unions throughout the state of California.
